What is The Glimmer Man about? 
Former CIA operative Jack Cole is now a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department. When a serial killer known as "the Family Man" starts terrorizing the city, Cole is assigned to the case along with tough-talking fellow cop Jim Campbell.
