Brockmire follows the story of a once-famous baseball announcer who, after a very public meltdown live on air, tries to reclaim his career and love life in a small town by calling minor league games. He starts as the play-by-play announcer for the Morristown, Pennsylvania Frackers, but eventually moves on to call games for the AAA New Orleans Crawdaddys. Along the way, he faces various challenges and unexpected opportunities as he tries to rebuild his life and reputation.
