In the quaint Irish village of Tullymore, word spreads like wildfire that one of their own has won the national lottery. But when the winner, Ned Devine, is found dead from shock, his friends Jackie O'Shea (Ian Bannen) and Michael O'Sullivan (David Kelly) hatch a plan to claim the prize money for themselves.
