Lee

"Lee" is a powerful portrayal of Elizabeth "Lee" Miller, an extraordinary woman who defied conventions to become one of the first female war correspondents during World War II. Transitioning from the glamorous world of fashion modeling to the frontlines, she captured haunting images that revealed the brutal truths of war. With her camera as both shield and sword, Lee documented human suffering with empathy, shedding light on those often left voiceless. The film reveals her relentless pursuit of truth while confronting deep personal traumas from her past. As she navigates danger and defies gender norms in a male-dominated field, Lee's journey illuminates both the fragility and strength inherent in the human experience. Ultimately, it’s a testament to resilience and the profound impact one life can have amid chaos.
