Tuff Money

In the small town of Targu Mures, two traffic technicians, Peter and Dumitru, are struggling to make ends meet. One day, while joking around, they come up with a plan to manipulate traffic lights to carry out a heist on a bank's armored truck. To their surprise, their joke attracts the attention of the local authorities, who offer their support in pulling off the heist. As the plan takes shape, Peter and Dumitru find themselves in way over their heads, with everyone in town wanting a piece of the action. Will they be able to pull off the heist of the century, or will their bungling inexperience get the best of them?
