In a world of anthropomorphic cats, two former fighter pilots, Razor and T-Bone, take on evil in Megakat City as high-flying masked vigilantes. After being demoted from the military force, The Enforcers, they use their skills and gadgets to battle against various feline villains, including the notorious Dark Kat. With the help of their secret ally, Mayor Callie Briggs, and later joined by Commander Feral's niece, Felina, the SWAT Kats fight to protect their city and keep their identities hidden.
