In a magical world, a young fairy named Bloom embarks on a quest to find her missing birth parents, who she believes are still alive. Along with her best friends, Bloom tracks down Hagen, a blacksmith who forged her father's powerful sword, in hopes that he can help her locate her parents. After Hagen reveals that he is unable to aid her, Bloom feels guilty and runs off in tears. However, she soon receives a mysterious visit from a girl who offers her strength and informs her about a Book of Fate that contains the history of Domino and the location of her parents. With renewed hope, Bloom sets out on a dangerous journey to find the book and bring her family back together.
