In a future London ravaged by flooding and chaos, a burnt-out detective named Harley Stone (Rutger Hauer) is tasked with stopping a demonic creature that's brutally murdering its victims and removing their organs. With the help of his partner Dick Durkin (Neil Duncan), they uncover the killer's motives and track it down to the flooded London Underground tunnels. In a thrilling climax, they face off against the monster, and Stone is forced to confront his own demons in order to save the day.
