"Brampton's Own" tells the story of Dustin Kimmel, a minor league baseball player who, after 12 years of trying to make it to the big leagues, is forced to confront the harsh reality of his dreams not coming true. He returns to his small hometown, where he must face the girl he left behind, now engaged to another man, and the rest of his past that he's been avoiding. As he struggles to find his place in the world, an unexpected opportunity arises, but at what cost? Will Dustin choose to follow his heart or his dreams?
