In 210 B.C., China is plunged into chaos after the death of its tyrannical emperor, Qin. Two powerful warlords, Xiang Yu and Liu Bang, emerge as leaders in the ensuing power struggle. As they clash in a battle for control of the empire, the fate of China hangs precariously in the balance. Will the rebellious Xiang Yu or the cunning Liu Bang emerge victorious, and at what cost to the nation?
