In the midst of a grueling battle in Afghanistan, a Spanish medical helicopter is forced to make an emergency landing after suffering a serious accident. The crew and injured soldiers must be rescued, but the situation quickly becomes dire as they are surrounded by a large concentration of Taliban fighters. With only one night to organize a rescue mission, the Spanish army must use their skills and tactical prowess to protect the survivors and recover the downed helicopter before it falls into enemy hands. As the battle rages on, the soldiers must confront their fears and work together to survive the night and complete their mission.
