In the dark underbelly of Gothenburg, a police unit known as GSI is tasked with taking down a powerful criminal organization that has been importing young women from Eastern Europe for the purpose of prostitution. Led by the enigmatic Johan Falk, the team recruits a young Polish woman named Hanna who works on a passenger ship to infiltrate the organization. As Hanna delves deeper into the criminal underworld, she finds herself getting dangerously close to the top brass, and the situation takes a turn for the worse when Johan and his colleagues find themselves in uncharted moral territory.
