What is Havoc about? 
In the wealthy suburbs of Los Angeles, a group of bored and sheltered teenagers, led by the beautiful and rebellious Allison, set out to explore the dangerous and exciting world of the "gangsta" lifestyle. They encounter a real gang of Latino drug dealers, led by the ruthless Hector, and are drawn into a world of sex, drugs, and violence.
