The movie has a hard time to decide on its message: is it the question if feelings/trait are inherited? Is it meant to be a portray of women's situation in the 30s? It's a bit of everything and thus the result is almost nothing at all. I...

En i grunden intressant relationsberättelse men filmen är väldigt långsam och tråkigt.
Jag somnade flera gånger under filmen. Den hade säkert varit bättre om jag hållt mig vaken och hade den varit bättre hade jag aldrig somnat :)

Det grävande i släktens mörker som författaren gjort till sin grej blir extra kittlande när det även involverar en annan känd svensk kulturfamilj.

Björn L Runges regi är lite stram och det osar inte passion i detta omtalade triangeldrama. Ett mycket vackert foto signerat Stellan Runge och fina miljöer ger filmen en klassisk ton. Lite ojämnt skådespeleri drar ner intrycket men klart sevärd.
