...shines a light on the toxic environments that can lead to stagnancy and unhappiness, and cheerfully shows the viewer the tools to deal with them.

...knows what it wants to do, and it does it well. Season four isn't breaking new ground or tackling wildly different challenges, but that doesn't stop it from being utterly wonderful TV.
