"Dally and Spanky" is a heartwarming film about an unlikely friendship between a Jack Russell terrier and a miniature horse, who bring their two teenage step-sisters together on a journey of emotional healing and self-discovery. After the loss of their father, 17-year-old Addy falls into a depression and isolates herself from her family, but the friendship between Dally and Spanky helps her to confront her grief and find a new sense of purpose.
