In the gritty streets of Los Angeles, a decorated K-9 officer, Jake Rosser (Aaron Eckhart), finds himself embroiled in a dangerous game of cat and mouse after his loyal canine partner is brutally murdered during a drug bust gone wrong. As he sets out to uncover the truth behind his partner's killing, Jake discovers a far-reaching conspiracy that threatens to consume the city.
