In a world where supernatural abilities are the norm, a mysterious fog has descended upon Yokohama, causing hundreds of ability-users to commit suicide. The Armed Detective Agency is tasked with investigating the incident, and they soon discover that a man named Tatsuhiko Shibusawa is behind the fog. Shibusawa, a self-proclaimed "collector," has created the fog to draw out Yokohama's gifted and turn their abilities into jewels for his collection. The Agency must now work together with the dangerous Port Mafia to stop Shibusawa and save the city from destruction. Along the way, they uncover a dark conspiracy involving a powerful ability-user known as Fyodor Dostoevsky, who has his own motives for wanting to collect abilities. As the battle against Shibusawa reaches its climax, the Agency must confront their own demons and work together to save the city and uncover the truth behind Fyodor's sinister plans. Will they be able to stop the fog and its deadly effects before it's too late?
