Everyone deserves a second chance. Cooper is a dog with a mission, to bring happiness to the sad and lonely. When Jake’s life is turned upside down following a fatal car crash, he thinks it’s all over. He’s left alone with Cooper the dog, and he’s not even a dog person. Over time, Jake begins to start loving life again, he even starts enjoying Cooper’s company, things are looking up. When Cooper’s angelic powers start working on his vet Caroline too, life for all three starts to take a very different course.
