In the picturesque but struggling town of Pietramezzana, the residents are determined to reverse their fortunes by attracting a new factory to the area. Led by the charismatic Dominic, they embark on a mission to find a doctor to secure the factory deal, and their search leads them to the unexpected candidate, Gianluca Terragni, a successful but unconventional plastic surgeon from Milan.
