Struggling film producer To Wai-cheung is down on his luck and can barely make ends meet. Despite this, his daughter Jacqueline dreams of seeing him interviewed on TV. In order to make her dream come true, To meets with Tyrannosaurus, a triad boss with a peculiar taste in movies.
