In a secret government program, fallen soldiers are brought back to life as elite counter-terrorism units known as "Universal Soldiers" (UniSols). Luc Deveraux and Andrew Scott, two soldiers who killed each other in Vietnam, are now UniSols with suppressed memories of their past.
