What is Universal Soldier about? 
In a secret government program, fallen soldiers are brought back to life as elite counter-terrorism units known as "Universal Soldiers" (UniSols). Luc Deveraux and Andrew Scott, two soldiers who killed each other in Vietnam, are now UniSols with suppressed memories of their past. When Deveraux starts to regain his memories during a hostage situation at the Hoover Dam, he disobeys orders and becomes unresponsive. As more glitches occur with the UniSols, TV journalist Veronica Roberts sneaks onto the base to uncover the truth about the project.
