In 1808, a group of young officers in the Russian army, dissatisfied with the current state of affairs, begin to plan a revolution. They believe that equality and freedom can only be achieved through violence and are willing to sacrifice everything for their cause. As their plans come to fruition, they face opposition from those who are loyal to the Tsar and the established order. The film follows the story of these rebels as they fight for their vision of a better future, and the consequences they face for their actions. Will their sacrifice be worth it, or will their dreams of a better Russia be crushed?
