Rusty Nail, a vindictive truck driver, terrorizes a group of street racers on their way to a prestigious race, using his sadistic tactics to turn their road trip into a never-ending nightmare. The group, led by Jordon Wells, takes a shortcut through a deserted highway, unaware of Rusty's sinister presence. After a chance encounter, Rusty begins to stalk, tease, and torture the group, determined to make them pay for their perceived wrongs. As the racecar drivers try to outrun Rusty's menacing truck, they realize that their only hope for survival is to outsmart him.
