In the harsh Australian desert, four strangers from different walks of life find themselves brought together in a mysterious immigration detention center. They include a flight attendant escaping a cult, a brave Afghan refugee, a struggling young father, and a determined bureaucrat caught in a national scandal. As they navigate the challenges of their new reality, they must confront their personal demons and confront the flawed system that brought them there.
