Situados en el año 2043, Guile, Dhalsim y Vega son enviados al pasado (1993) para proteger a un estudiante, futuro juez, al cual Bison quiere para él. Los secuaces de Bison: Honda, Sagat y Ken, son también enviados para evitar que los tres primeros frustren los planes de su jefe. Este juez poderoso y el pequeño Bison son compañeros de colegio, pero su lucha no tiene limites y nunca dejan de meterse en problemas. De todos modos siempre el pequeño Bison se sale con las suya dejándolo al otro como un perdedor, pero estos tiempos están por terminar cuando de un momento a otro llegan los Policías del Futuro...
