Beyond the Boundary

Beyond the Boundary is a dark fantasy series that follows the story of Akihito Kanbara, a high school sophomore who is half-human, half-Youmu, a race of invulnerable beings with the ability to heal quickly. Akihito's life takes a dramatic turn when he meets Mirai Kuriyama, a freshman who is isolated due to her ability to manipulate blood, considered heresy in the spirit world. After Akihito saves Mirai from a suicide attempt, they become entangled in a series of mysterious and dangerous events that threaten to upend their lives forever.
