The Addams family, a peculiar and close-knit clan, welcomes back long-lost relative Fester after 25 years. Gomez and Morticia, the patriarch and matriarch, are overjoyed to have Fester home, but Gomez begins to suspect that something is amiss when "Fester" cannot recall important details about their past. Meanwhile, Abigail Craven, a con artist and loan shark, plots with her adopted son Gordon to infiltrate the Addams household and find the hidden vault containing the family's vast riches. As Gordon grows closer to the family, particularly the children Wednesday and Pugsley, he must choose between his loyalty to Abigail and his newfound connection with the Addamses. A climactic party at the Addams mansion ensues, where secrets are revealed and loyalties are tested. Will the Addams family's bonds prove strong enough to overcome this devious plot against them?
