A group of teenagers are stalked and killed by a resurrected clown named Stitches, who seeks revenge for his own death at their hands six years ago. As the teens party and celebrate, Stitches stalks them, using his twisted sense of humor to torment and kill them one by one. The remaining survivors must figure out how to defeat Stitches and escape his wrath.
