RBG is a documentary film that chronicles the life and career of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who has become a pop culture icon and a symbol of gender equality. The film covers her early life, education, and career as a law professor, as well as her appointments to the federal judiciary and eventually the Supreme Court. It also explores her groundbreaking work in advocating for women's rights, including her successful arguments before the Supreme Court, and her status as a pop culture phenomenon. The film features interviews with Ginsburg herself, as well as with feminist icon Gloria Steinem, NPR's Nina Totenberg, and others who have been impacted by her work. Through intimate access to Ginsburg's life outside of court, RBG tells an electric story of love affairs with both the Constitution and her beloved husband Marty—and of a life’s work that led her to become an icon of justice in the highest court in the land.
