Pati Patni Aur Woh is a romantic comedy about a middle-class man named Chintu Tyagi who finds himself torn between his wife Vedika and another woman Tapasya. Despite being happily married, Chintu's life takes a turn when he meets Tapasya, a fashion designer, and starts an affair with her. However, he soon realizes that he has wronged Vedika and tries to win her back. The film takes a dramatic turn when Vedika decides to leave Chintu and move to Canada with her ex-boyfriend Durgesh. Chintu, determined to win her back, goes to great lengths to prove his love for her. Will Chintu be able to regain Vedika's trust and save their marriage, or will he continue to be torn between the two women he loves?
