He is ultimately a good hearted human being living in the blissful ignorance that white privilege creates. A weird turn of events introduces Scott to a mythical spirit of wokeness "Josef the Hotep". Josef takes Scott on a journey of Woke Past, Present and Future so that he can pull the wool from his eyes. Scott becomes closer and closer to being a real ally through every step in the process.
